Job Title:  HR / Admin Officer
Nigeria, Lagos, Lekki

We are a fast paced young and dynamic recruitment business primed for growth.
This
role will have operations financial, customer service, and gatekeeper
responsibilities. The HR / Admin officer will also assists with
establishing and monitoring compliance with standards to ensure clients,
and field employees expectations are met or exceeded.

Essential Functions:

  • Assists with administrative and clerical tasks as directed.
  • Verifies client insurance.
  • Assists with formatting CV for submission to clients.
  • Assists with Payroll functions.
  • Responsible for taking action when issues and problems are identified.
  • Responsible for recruitment and interviewing of Company staff and ongoing training and motivation of staff.
  • Ensures
    compliance with all federal, state and local government laws and
    regulations, as well as policies and procedures of company.
  • Responsible for insuring all requirements of the office are in full compliance.
  • Maintains accurate client files and employee personnel files.
  • Reviews vendor invoices for Accounts Payable and submits to Franchisee.
  • Performs human resources functions.
  • Supervises collection and distribution of mail.
  • Completes other assignments as requested and assigned.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Two (2) years of management experience that includes planning, staff supervision, recruiting and hiring.
  • Previous experience in working within an office environment
  • Must live within easy commuting of Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
