Job Description
- Provide administrative and logistic support to the Lagos office.
- To provide secretariat support to the GM.
- To organize GM’s itinerary.
- To book and organize GM’s meetings.
- Receive visitors
- Attend to customers enquiries appropriately.
Safety Equipment Inspection:
Additional duties
- Weekly inspection of Fire Extinguishers to ensure it fully charged and mounted in designated places free from obstruction.
- Ensure good housekeeping.
Requirements
- Record Keeping
- Good Communication Skill
- Proficiency In Microsoft Office – Word, Excel And PowerPoint
- Minimum Qualification HND
- Minimum 2 Years’ Experience In Similar Role.
- Good Inter-personal Relations.
