Job Title: Social Media & Content Marketer

Location:

Reporting to: The Digital Marketing Head

Job Description

In this role, you will: 

  • Be the key contributor driving customer experience engagement across all social media platforms
  • Build and manage Travelfix.co social media profile and presence including Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Linkedin, Instagram etc.
  • Run regular social campaigns and promotions, track their success, as well as content posted on all channels.
  • Execute daily social media initiatives by posting content and developing strategies to improve user engagement and drive action and leads across all major channels.
  • Work alongside other digital marketing ambassadors to help distribute content, entertain and engage Travelfix.CO audience.
  • Develop or must have digital influencer and blogger relations.
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a social media way while cultivating leads and sales
  • Become an advocate for Travelfix.CO on social media, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
  • Create content and manage editorial calender
  • Curate and edit contributor content from freelance writers and internert writers.
  • Help configure blogs and create search engine optimization

Qualification & Experience

  • Proven experience in social media and content marketing. A Bachelor’s degree is required with relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media – Give links to profiles as examples
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in content marketing, development and publishing
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas.

Job Title: Product Executive – Tours & Visa Specialist

Location:
 Abuja
Reporting to: The Digital Marketing Head 

Job Description
In this role, you will: 

  • Customize and design itineraries of holiday packages, provide tour packages costing for travel consumers. Assist package queries through email and phone calls.
  • Assist with system loading and updating, liaising with the online department to ensure all hotels and packages are on sale and ensure all products are uploaded appropriately and maintained.
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date costing sheets; maintain and update internal product information manuals.
  • Source for new suppliers, maintain contracts with existing suppliers to ensure and secure best possible rates, terms and conditions, and commission in order to deliver, meet and exceed the company’s financial targets and budgets.
  • Ensure the uploaded travel products on the website are correct, current and all-inclusive with relevant information to improve the customer’s online experience.
  • Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the processing runs smoothly
  • Provide travellers with the all visa requirements, support with letter templates and application completion.
  • Ensure the consistency of compliance to all country immigration requirements and escalate where needed. 

Qualification & Experience

  • 4 years relevant experience in travel tour operations. Experience in Visa application and consultation.
  • Experience in customizing and designing Vacation packages and costing, International and Domestic Itineraries.
  • Prior experience in managing visa application requests and good knowledge of embassy or consulate requirement to all major destinations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently, – a self-starter with passion for travel.

Job Title: PPC & SEO Specialist

Location:
 Abuja
Reporting to: The Digital Marketing Head 

Job Description

In this role, you will: 

  • Be responsible for managing PPC, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data.
  • Be responsible for adapting campaigns to reflect search engines and logarithm updates.
  • Create PPC strategies, manage and produce PPC reporting
  • Manage daily search marketing activities across search engines including budget management, performance review and daily optimization of paid search campaigns.
  • Liaising with the team to discuss digital marketing strategies – SEO, PPC and Content.
  • Undertake keyword research and adcopy testing, report and analyze on trends and drive KPIs

Qualification & Experience

  • A Minimum of 2 year PPC experience.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices.
  • An understanding of how SEO Integrates with PPC
  • Proficient with Google Adwords, Keywords Planner and Google Analytics.
  • Technical competence and experience with tracking, tag management system. Exposure to ad extensions and ad scheduling.
  • Strong analytical and excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment.
