Job Title: Procurement and Logistics Officer

Location: Lagos

Requirement

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar sector.
  • Professional qualifications is an added advantage.


Job Description

  • Bi-annual evaluation of registered vendors.
  • Timely procurement (using the reorder level) and supply of all consumables and general office needs.
  • Prompt issuance of P.O for all contracts awarded/management approval of contract awarded and effective follow up regarding PO’s issued.
  • Being customers’ single point contact for all procurement.
  • Negotiate using cost cutting/savings technics and manage contracts with suppliers.
  • Drive supply chain, Order management, claim administration & logistics.
  • Vendor Management: all procurement & clearing must be done within timeline specified timelines
  • Ensure there is no stock out on consumables at all times
  • Ensure the implementation of the Admin policies and procedures.
  • Manages the Admin ERP (for procurement purposes & any other purpose) and Ensure proper/good record keeping.
  • Handle all inbound Logistics and some outbound logistics (Clear understanding of customs laws and documents PAAR, Form M etc.)
