A leading firm of architects dedicated to providing top quality work in Architecture, is seeking to recruit suitable candidates to fill the following positions:
 
Job Title:  ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

 

This position will perform administrative and office support activities including typing and management of documents, scheduling and coordination of meetings, interviews and similar events. 

KEY SKILLS:
The ideal candidate should have:

  • B.Sc/HND in Office Administration, Business Studies or Accounting with a minimum of 3years post-graduation experience or OND with a minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience.
  • Able to work and converse efficiently with COlleagues, clients and other external contacts.
  • Ability to work independently with little distraction, be proactive and motivated.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • In-depth knowledge of typing and composing correspondences, reports and other documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to schedule appointments and meetings.


Job Title:  ARCHITECT 

 

This position will work under a Principal leading or assisting a project team in preparing architectural design and construction 
drawings and specifications. 

KEY SKILLS: 
The ideal candidate for the this position should be a M.Sc (ArCh) holder with a minimum of 5 years post-graduation proven experience with excellent computer graphic skills including proficiency in AUTOCAD, REVIT, 3Dmax, Lumion, Microsoft Word, 
Excel, Powerpoint and Corel Draw.



Job Title:   SENIOR ARCHITECT 

 

This is a Project Leadership position with responsibility for architectural design and technicai production of projects, assisting the Principal while leading a technical team of architects in running ongoing projects and undertaking designs for competition and new commissions. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Leading project teams in developing the aesthetic and technical design of large projects including shopping malls: Managing the preparation of architectural design, construction drawings, documents and specifications; Developing, checking and coordinating the technical aspects of the projects; 

The ideal candidate should:

  • Be an ARCON-licensed architect with a minimum of 3 years post-registration industry experience 12 years post graduate experience
  • Be talented, proactive and possess strong leadership skills and excellent design skills backed up by a good technical portfolio;
  • Have strong organization, communication, technical and graphic skills with an eye for detail:
  • Understand the design and procurement process and have a track record of delivering on design and construction projects including shopping mans; Evidence of experience in completion of a shopping mall will be an advantage;
  • Be preferably proficient with REVIT, AutoCAD, Photoshop and In-design CAD software; and 3D software like Sketchup; and have a good working knowledge of Word and Excel software.
