Job description
- Introduce new projects within our Traget areas.
- introduce strategic alliances between the company and other companies or Agents.
- Liase with existing clientd (vendors and Buyers)
- Attend to enquires from clients interested in buying or renting property as well as clients who like to rent or sell properties for Commercial/ Residential Purposes.
- view Properties owned by clients for sale or lease. Visit potential customers for new business.
- Schedule meetings with clients.
- Follow up with clients who want to buy or lease Commercial /Residential properties via email.
- Sign Exclusive mandates with Vendors.
- Ebsure all transaction memos are filed accurately.
- Advise and contribute to all marketing materials on Projects.
- Market ANALYIS on commercial/ Residential propeties in Ikoyi, VI,LEKKI and any other location addigned.
- Develop and implememt a marketing Strategy to sell/lease Commercial /Residential properties in FC mandates.
- Develop in depth knowledge about thr available commercial/ Residential Properties on the market.
- Closing Sales and Leases on Commercial/ Residential Properties.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 4-6 years Experience in Real Estate Industry.
- B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration or Real Estate.
- Master Degree will be an added advantage
- Experience in selling to C- Level Executives with Proven track records is A MUST.
- In-depth Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry.
- Strong data analytical skills.
- Experience of Business Intelligence tools.
