Responsibilities

- Shall be on duty throughout the normal office hours.
- S/he shall also superintend the performance of all Contracted services on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- S/he is responsible for:
- Maintenance scheduling and reporting services
- Document management services
- Monitor / manage corrective and preventive maintenance services
- Provide technical support service
- Surveillance and inspection of activities
- Auditing of activities
- Assessment of quality plan
Qualification
- Minimum of a 1st Degree in Engineering, Facility/Estate Management and relevant professional certifications with at least 7 years professional experience.
