Don Quester Consulting Limited – Our client in the Pharmaceutical industry, seeks the services of suitably qualified candidate who will be in charge of all HR functions in the organization, to fill the position below:.

Qualification

  • Candidate must possess a Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline with at least 2 years experience in Human resources.


Responsibilities 

  • Manage the people development process of the organization.
  • Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
  • Maintains records, prepares reports and composes correspondence relative to the work.
  • Advising management of strategic issues relating to organizational growth through employees.
  • Development and implementation of the performance management process.
  • Selects and assigns staff, ensuring equal employment opportunity in hiring and promotion.
  • Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.

Competencies Required

  • Ability to supervise technical work involving reviews and evaluation, program development, and program planning and implementation.
  • Ability to conduct recruitment from start to finish
  • Proficiency in HR software packages is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team and lead teams
  • Ability to plan, develop and conduct training sessions and workshops.
  • Ability to interpret and apply rules, and regulations and develop procedures.
  • Ability to organize, evaluate and present information effectively.
