Qualification
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline with at least 2 years experience in Human resources.
Responsibilities
- Manage the people development process of the organization.
- Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
- Maintains records, prepares reports and composes correspondence relative to the work.
- Advising management of strategic issues relating to organizational growth through employees.
- Development and implementation of the performance management process.
- Selects and assigns staff, ensuring equal employment opportunity in hiring and promotion.
- Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
Competencies Required
- Ability to supervise technical work involving reviews and evaluation, program development, and program planning and implementation.
- Ability to conduct recruitment from start to finish
- Proficiency in HR software packages is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Must be able to work effectively in a team and lead teams
- Ability to plan, develop and conduct training sessions and workshops.
- Ability to interpret and apply rules, and regulations and develop procedures.
- Ability to organize, evaluate and present information effectively.
