Job Title: Regional Technical Administrator
Location: Rivers
Job Description
- Ensure all administrative roles assigned to you by your manager are carried out
- Ensure accurate records of resources in the region
- Ensure accurate records of assets assigned to each and every resource in your region
- Root Cause Analyses(RCA) preparation for 2G and 3G to Field Maintenance Engineers (FME)
- Compiling network field and performance reports for the region.
- Distribution of work tools to FMEs
- Arrange meetings on behalf of technical team and where appropriate, attend meeting to take minutes
- Liaise with the Technical Team and ensure they receive all incoming post
- Reconciliation of regional expenses on concur.
- Liaise with the Central Team on behalf of your manager and resources
- Ensure proper upkeep of facilities in the regional office
- Liaise with REFM on restocking of office supplies
- Generating reports as requested by FOM and Central Team(Must be good with Excel)
- Escalation on administrative issues through the proper channels.
- Follow up on resolution of escalations.
