Lagos State University – Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Lagos State University Pre-Degree Studies which shall commence in September, 2016.
The Programme shall run for One [1] Academic Session beginning from September 2016 to August 2017. It is an intensive programme to prepare candidates with deficiency in their ‘O’ Level results, for admission into the 100 Level degree programme of Lagos State University. The Programme is located at the Epe Campus of the Lagos State University.

Admission Requirements
- Candidate must have credit passes in at least three [3] Subjects [i.e. Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Government and Economics] at Senior Secondary Certificate Examination, GCE or NECO at NOT more than a sitting.
- Candidates who meet the admission requirements will be invited for a written qualifying examination.
The subjects to be offered are:
- Mathematics
- English Language
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
- Government
- Economics
In addition, the Students will be Registered for WAEC and NECO and are expected to pass all the relevant deficient subjects. Successful students are allocated to the 100 Level courses of related Faculties: Engineering, Science, School of Agriculture, Management Sciences, Education and Social Sciences at the end of the programme.
On admission, if any student voluntarily withdraws from the Programme, request for refund of school fees can only be made by such student before the end of First Term of the Calendar Year. Any request made after that period will NOT be entertained.

Date for the Qualifying Examination
A qualifying examination for admission into LASU Pre-Degree Studies for the 2016/2017 Calendar Year holds on Saturday, 20 August, 2016.

Prospective students are required to make the payment of Ten Thousand Naira [N10,000:00] non-refundable fee via www.lasu.edu.ng OR xsignia.com/pds_application/newstudents for the 2016/2017 LASU Pre-Degree Studies
After payment, candidate should proceed to register online
