Job Title: Ticketing Officer
Location: Lagos
Duties
- Issue tickets and monitor all requests
- Problem solving, planning and decision making.
- Providing help and advice to our customers on our products and services.
- Working to strict deadlines and achieving targets as outlined by the Managing director.
- Provide responsive services to clients ensuring that all queries, complaints, problems and transactional requests are attended to quickly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Must have at least two years working experience as a ticketing officer.
- Must be able to work without supervision
- Must have been trained in an aviation institute with certification.
- Must have good knowledge of the use of Amadeus.
