We have several openings for Administrative Secretaries (male/ female) in various Organizations within Benin! We will cover specifics of the department during you first interview.
Job Requirements
The chosen candidates will meet the following requirements:
- National Diploma or Higher National Diploma qualification
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Proficient skill level of office software and computers
- Strong general office support skills required
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate and be accountable for multiple tasks required
- High level of confidentiality required
- Intermediate level of Word and PowerPoint
- Basic level of skill with Excel

The Administrative Secretaries are responsible for
- word processing;
- audio and copy typing;
- letter writing;
- dealing with telephone and email enquiries;
- creating and maintaining filing systems;
- scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes – shorthand may be
- required;
- keeping diaries and arranging appointments;
- using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel,
- Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
- Creating advanced correspondence as required
- Independently reviewing work and assesses effectiveness of routine work assignments.
- Communicating with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
- The triage of problems as necessary, resolving issues when appropriate.

Working hours
