Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities shall include:
Manage both new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction of our services.
Generating new businesses and ensuringloo% retention ofexistingbusiness
Buildingon existing relationship to get more of our insured’s account.
Prospecting for new businesses
Lead strategy to grow the corporate and direct account with emphasis on our captive market.
Identify gaps with the aim of delivering into the corporate space.
Networking and relationship building with direct account and main players in the industry including brokers and others professionals.
Prepare and implement key corporate account development plans, relationship management and marketing/communication plans.
Deliver segment profitability and ensure the strategy is consistent with Business Development plans.
Endeavour and maintain service delivery to agreed standards for our clients, act as the focal point of contact for the company in the region.
Work with other professionals on an individual account or a portfolio of accounts to ensure that relevant information is shared among appropriate individuals and required actions are taken to meet client’s needs.
Making proactive sales calls to a warm database of clients, suggesting new ways of promoting products to the marketplace, carrying out competitor analysis.
Maintaining relationship and day to day contract with other brokers, agents and the public, promotion of the company image and explaining the product lines, processing new business enquiries, dealing with renewal of policies, general Admin and report production.
Qualifications and Experience
A qualified graduate in Insurance or any other Social Science.
Possession of CIIN certification.
4 years experience in insurance industry.
Excellent interpersonal/presentation skills.
Proficiency in communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing research.
A good team player.
Job Title: Chief Risk Officer (CRO)
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
ERM position requires an extensive knowledge of the Insurance Industry activities and regulations.
CRO is accountable for the Enterprise risk management Functions of the company, to include the integration of risk concepts into strategic planning, and risk identification and mitigation activities.
Principal accountabilities are:
Risk identification:- Locate and properly describe the risks that the business faces
Risk Analysis- determine the likelihood of identified risks crystallizing and impact on the company’s finances and operational activities should they crystallize
Risk evaluation-determine risk significant of analyzed risk by ranking them with board approved risk likelihood and impact benchmark standards
Design control measures that will mitigate evaluated risk or tame it to a tolerance level in a cost beneficial manner.
Prepare a risk dashboard reports to the Management Risk Committee.
Embedding a positive culture of confident and informed risk taking through communication and promotion of the agreed risk framework training,
Create an integrated risk framework for the entire organization
Continuously developing enhancing and embedding the risk framework for managing risks across the organisation, ensuring that processes are fit for purpose
Quntify risk limits
Develop plans to mitigate risks
Advise on directing capital to projects based on risk
Assist functional managers in obtaining risk mitigation funding
Monitor the progress of risk mitigation activities
Create and disseminate risk measurements and reports
Communicate to key stakeholders regarding the risk profile of the business.
Desired Qualifications
The candidate for the position of CRO should have a first Degree in Business related discipline and 5 years of progressively responsible experience in an insurance industry.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Experience in positions of increasing responsibility in the field of accounting finance, budgeting and administration.
Experience in external or internal audit compliance, or risk management is required.
Knowledge of internal audit methodology approach, techniques and management practices.
Knowledge of risk management as well as governance and compliance philosophies, policies and management practices.
Report writing dealing with detailed, complex and technical concepts.
Knowledge of financial and accounting policies and procedures.
Hands-on and practical approach to solving problems.
Knowledge of industry standards relating to funds management
PC word processing. spreadsheet and data base preparation and evaluation skills.
Ability to multitask/manage diverse range of functions simultaneously.
Well-developed analytical skills.

Job DescriptionThe Head of Marketing will use a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts and think creatively, devising new ways of communicating with established and potential customers.
He/she will ensure that customers’ needs are met whilst maximising the profits of a company.
Responsibilities/Functions
Cascades defined corporate objectives into specific mandates for the marketing division
Directs, coordinates and contracts the business development activities of the company
Develops and executes market penetration strategies to achieve the company’s market expansion objectives
Coordinates the development of comprehensive marketing plans by all units in the division
Builds and maintains relationships with existing and prospective clients and ensures customer satisfaction with services delivered by the company
Reviews client business analysis, identifies and converts business opportunities into sales
Manages strategic relationships with key distribution partners including brokers, independent agents, banks
Reviews market trends and makes appropriate recommendations to enable management take key business decisions (e.g. markets, pricing, service delivery model)

Qualifications and Experience
A qualified graduate in Insurance or any other Social Science.
Possession of ACIIN is a prerequisite.

10 years experience in insurance industry.
