Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out general administration tasks for the HR Department
- Support with all administrative processes in the recruitment process, for example, prepare recruitment documents, organize recruitment time tables, draft and place adverts, and sit on interview panels.
- Administer onboarding process for new employees and conduct induction meetings with Line Managers to ensure they are aware of their responsibility in the induction process
- Work with line managers to support training nominations to EEMEA training coordinator, manage the booking of training, liaise with providers, arranging in house training courses and tracking training needs
- Ensure the HR database accurately reflects current employee details. This includes, sending details of starters and leavers, contractual amendments and change of details to HR Service Centre
- Provide appropriate reports from HR database for the purpose of auditing and monitoring employee data and training
- Assist in formal meeting such as employee disciplinary and grievances, performance review calibration undertaking such tasks as may be required by the Head of Human Resources.
- Assist with annual appraisal cycle, record completed appraisals and training needs
- Provide day to day advice to employees on general HR related queries, requests, policies and procedures
- Ensure resignations are acknowledged in a timely manner, the Line Manager is aware of the process and any outstanding annual leave is calculated in accordance with the employees terms and conditions
- Ensure exit interviews are conducted for all staff either face to face or electronically
- Maintain an up to date personnel files
Other Qualifications/Experience:
- Intermediate ICT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain and update databases accurately
- Knowledge of online HR recruitment packages
- Experience of working in HR environment
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills. Demonstrates flexibility in meeting changing priorities which may require working overtime.
- Good written and verbal communications and able to communicate to diverse range of people clearly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation.
