Job responsibilities
To provide professional and consultative generalist HR support including Business development, Recruitment, Training, Background check, Administration and demonstrate credibility at all levels.
To be an employment law/ legislation expert
To work with Directors to manage the HR related internal and external processes, change management projects and be able to win new deals in recruitment, training and background check.
The desired candidate must understand payroll and benefits, pensions and HR policies.
Be able to design training and conduct perfect background check on staff.
The candidate must have great networks and ability to capture deals, generate leads and add to the bottom line. Opportunity exists for the candidate to earn bonuses and be admitted to the Board of the company with equity opportunity
The candidate should be interested in growing a startup and have the capacity to work under pressure in a bit to create structures and generate revenues
