Job Title: Public Policy Analyst

The Job
The Public Policy Analyst will be responsible for identifying public policy areas impacting on people management and proactively develop policy positions. The Analyst will be expected to champion such policy positions and create a follow-up strategy to influence public policy outcomes.
The Person
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Arts, Business Management/Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 6 years post-graduation experience on a similar role in a reputable organization
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, HR value chain and HR best practices
  • Excellent relationship management and planning skills


Job Title: Head, Corporate Services

The Job
The Head, Corporate Services will be responsible for providing overall management of all physical facilities, technology infrastructure, procurement processes and general administration within the organisation. The successful candidate will oversee management of all owned or leased properties/facilities, monitor compliance to all regulations, standards and codes relating to the use of physical and technical infrastructure and ensure continuous growth of information services utilizing emerging technologies.
The successful candidate will also be expected to supervise the development and monitoring of service level agreements (SLA’s) with key service providers while providing oversight over procurement process.
The Person
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Arts, Business management/administration, or related discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years post-graduation experience on a similar role in a reputable organization

The Job
The Consulting Analyst will be responsible for delivering consulting and analytical support on consultancy projects/assignments of the consulting team while identifying business priorities/opportunities and recommending appropriate people management solutions to clients.
The Person
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Arts, Business management/administration, or related discipline and student or professional membership of CIPM
  • Minimum of 4 years post-graduation experience on a similar role in a reputable organization
  • Market Knowledge and knowledge of relevant regulations
  • Excellent communication, planning and implementation skills


Job Title: Strategy and Program Development Officer

The Job
The Strategy and Program Development Officer will create support in driving the organization’s strategy development process and monitoring of the execution of the strategic plan. This will be achieved by defining long-term content and research strategy, policy positions and overall organizational strategy.
The Person
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Arts, Business Management/Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 6 years post-graduation experience on a similar role in a reputable organization

Job Title: Head, Consulting Services

The Job

The Head, Consulting Services will be responsible for advising clients on how to integrate responsible practices into their business strategies and how to communicate these practices internally and externally for bottom-line impact. The job holder will have to drive the marketing of commercial consulting offerings and promote non-commercial consulting services, ensure overall accountability for delivery of consulting engagements and act as primary liaison with client lead/team.
The Person
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Arts, Business management/administration, or related discipline with a minimum of 8 years post-graduation experience on a similar role in a reputable organization and professional membership of CIPM
  • Knowledge of the business/economic environment, current drivers and trends, international standards and best practices
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, HR value chain and HR best practices
  • Excellent analytical, networking and market development skills


Job Title: Head, Organisation and People Services

The Job
The Head, Organisation and People Services will be responsible for overall coordination and direction for all commercial and professional learning & development, consulting and research services and offerings to the wider business and professional community. The successful candidate will be expected to provide senior level expertise and conceptual input in framing consulting opportunities and in delivering on consulting projects and assignments; analyze gaps and skills enhancement requirements within the HR/business community and translate into learning needs and learning program concepts.
The Person
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Arts, Business management/administration, or related discipline and Professional Membership of CIPM
  • Minimum of 12 years post-graduation experience on a similar role in a reputable organization
  • Market Knowledge and knowledge of relevant regulations
  • Excellent communication, planning and implementation skills
