Summary:
Our Channel Sales Team is looking for a Sales Marketing Associate. An ideal candidate will have expert sales and communications skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Go out to speak to potential/new customers
- Call dealer and distributor accounts on a regular basis
- Create account development strategies with channel partners
- Participate in monthly business reviews with outside marketing
- Submit monthly income and expense details
- Enter orders and process returns
- Demonstrate product line to dealers and distributors
- Maintain and grow client relationships
- Review and monitor account tracking and report on status
- Work with channel marketing to develop account marketing strategies
- Participate in customer conference calls
- Provide product and part number selection data
- Offer Technical sales consultations
- Work with industry experts to further develop channel partnerships
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Track competitive market prices and create reports
- Work with channel marketing team to create value propositions
Qualifications
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years experience in sales and marketing within the computer technology market
- Comfort working with multiple business models and understanding contracts.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and executing on key revenue targets.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, develop sales strategies, and maintain/exceed goals.
- Experience closing deals and taking targets through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing to account growth
- Excellent organizational skills, time management and strong attention to detail; exceptional presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
