Job Description
The Head, Supply Chain Management (SCM) manages all aspects of purchasing, production planning and scheduling, inventory, shipping and receiving; designs. The job holder will execute strategies and plans to meet company’s short and long-term supply chain management / production control requirements. The position enforces standards as well as monitors quality, cost and delivery performance.
The Head, SCM will be responsible for directing and coordinating, purchasing, warehousing, distributing, financial forecasting activities to manage costs, customer service and safety. S/he will examine existing procedures or opportunities for streamlining activities to meet product distribution needs. S/he will also direct the movement, storage, or processing of inventory.
Skills and Experience Required
First Degree preferably in Purchasing and Supply Management, Social Sciences or related field.
M.Sc/MBA is an advantage.
Professional Qualification in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Project Management
A minimum of 7-10 years of strong operational experience: ideally has worked in a management role for 5+ years.
Experience working for a Pharmaceutical and Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
Experience in a structured management development programme would be desirable.
Extensive experience in managing all important aspects across Supply Chain Management in a production environment.
Proven leadership skills, having successfully managed significant business units and people with diverse backgrounds.
Flexible and able to multi – task; can work within an ambiguous, fast – moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems
Excellent analytical and decision making skills.
Excellent oral communication skills and written proficiency in English.
Excellent command of the relevant Information Technical (IT) tools/ programs and professional standards.
The successful candidate will be a senior staff on the management level and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Job Title: Head, Research & Business Development (RBD)

The primary role of the Head, Research & Business Development (RBD) is to collaborate with key departments such as Sales & Marketing, Operations, Research etc. to study and develop the life cycle of new products and also improve or update that of an existing one/s.
S/he will be responsible for managing the development of IT/business strategies that supports the company in a competitive industry. The Head, Research & Business Development will analyze competitive products as well as the new trends within the industry so as to develop and update products life cycle with the aid of a robust IT system.
Skills and Experience Required
First Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or related field.
M.Sc./MBA is an advantage
A minimum of 7- 10 years in Business Development and Research: ideally has worked in a senior management role for 4+ years.
Must be accurate and efficient, high energy, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities with attention to details.
Experience working for a Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical and/or Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company is mandatory.

Job Description
The Head, Regulatory & External Relations is responsible for proactively transforming the corporate identity of the company. S/he effectively manages regulatory compliance issues and government policies to meet stakeholders’ need. S/he will also be responsible for managing the company’s external communications and advocacy services.
The position will be responsible for providing the regulatory guidelines and policies; and ensure compliance of these rules for both existing and new products; expected to have in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products in general especially those specific to the company and their respective competitors’.
S/he will have accountability for developing, maintaining and leveraging the company’s relationships with key stakeholders, including Government, Community leaders, etc.
Skills and Experience Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science or related field.
Master’s Degree is an added advantage or MBA
A minimum of 7 years of strong cognate experience in the manufacturing industry dealing with external relations, risk management and regulatory issues in particular and related industry matters in general for 5+ years
Must be able to design and implement both short-term, medium-term and long-term business strategies
Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
Sound knowledge of the Nigerian regulatory requirements and legal framework for pharmaceutical & consumer products and of industry trends; good Manufacturing Practices
Experience in a structured management development programme would be desirable.
The successful candidate will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The position will be responsible for developing and keeping relationships with key stakeholders such as the government agencies, regulatory bodies, local & foreign business partners, and the management/board of directors.
Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for coordinating sales operations in the assigned district / location.
S/he will evaluate customer needs, recruit and train the sales team, conduct market research and implement marketing plans.
The position is responsible for developing the regional sales strategy for meeting/exceeding set sales targets, create awareness of product and conduct training/seminars for clients and sales team.
Skills and Experience Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics or any Business related field.
Master’s Degree is an added advantage or MBA.
A minimum of 7years cognate experience with progressive management experience.
Must have firm understanding of economic and business concepts.
Must be able to design and implement both short-term, medium-term and long-term business strategies.
Experience in a structured management development programme would be desirable.
Knowledge of networking, contracting and negotiating.
Knowledge of structuring sales targets and revenue expectations.
Must be able to motivate teams to meet and exceed set sales target within stipulated period.
The successful candidate will report to the Head, Sales & Marketing and will be on the management level of the company.
