Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative and business operations of the firm.
- These include taking overall responsibility for Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Facilities and Office Management, Information Technology.
- Management, Knowledge Management and General Office Management.
Essential Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written);
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrable ability to work efficiently with attention to detail;
- Project management skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills required to maintain effective relationships with Partnprs, lawyers, clients and support staff;
- Good organisational, negotiation, time management and multitasking skills;
- Competency in the use of Information Technology and high level of integrity.
- B.Sc. in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management or a closely related field.
- Postgraduate Degrees such as MBA or M.Sc. would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ proven practice management I administrative experience.
