Job Title: Accountant
Qualification and Experience:
- 6-7 years experience
- Good understanding of accounting practices and standards (IFRS)
- Understanding of reconciliation best practices
Skills
- High level use of analytic tools especially Microsoft Excel
- Critical thinking and questioning mindset
- Smart and intelligent
- Good communication skills – oral and writing, especially report writing
Responsibilities:
- The Accountant will be responsible for provision of reconciliation services and support with financial statement preparations. Deliverables for the reconciliation exercise will include:
- Process Documentation
- Accounting Entries documentation
- Reconciled Account Balances, signed and dated by the preparer and reviewer
- Filing of all relevant support documents
