Job Description

We look forward to hire a competent and intelligent Sales and Customer Care Representative who will be able to achieve the company’s targets on sales of products and service at a specified period of time

Qualifications Proven experience as Sales and Customer Care Representative
Proficiency in English Language
Excellent communication skill
Dresses smart and presentable
Must be willing to relocate
Educational qualification: OND
Excellent mastery of Microsoft Office
Detailed understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
Self-Motivating and Result Oriented

Responsibilities

Organise and plan daily work schedule
Study sales outlets and adjust content of sale representation
Study potential volume of dealers and focus on sales effort
Attend educational workshop and other professional activities for self-development
Give up-to-date records on customer inquiries and sales
Establish and sustain relationship with new and regular clients.
Contribute to team office for the achievement of organizational goals
Productive negotiation and resourcefully attending to the complains of clients.
Ensure up-to-date report on sales and financial data
Source updates on newly introduced products, deliver schedules, pricing, and merchandising
Investigate problems, report, provide solutions and refer to the management for final resolution.
