Details:
* Below 30 years of age
* Possess SSCE credits or equivalent, in minimum of 5 subjects, including Mathematics and English Language
* OND/HND graduates with a minimum of Upper from a government approved Polytechnic in any of the following fields Electrical engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking and Finance.
* BSc/ BA/ BEng graduates with a minimum of second class lower from a government approved university in any of the following fields Accountancy, Economics, Public Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Law
