Job Title: Assistant General Manager
Objective: The assistant general manager will assist the general manager in the overall day management of the business, overseeing all departments and units to meet set service/ quality and possibility
Education and experience:
A bachelor’s degree in business Administration, social sciences, Hospitality and Tourism and related fields
A master’s degree is desirable
Membership of relevant professional bodies
10years experience in the Hospitality industry with minimum of 5 years in a management ability
Knowledge of best practices in the hospitality industry
Responsibilities
Motivating teams to deliver on service standards
Driving a sales and marketing strategy
Meeting budgets and exceeding revenue targets
Networking at dinners and functions to generate new businesses
Liaising closely with the sales and marketing team to make sure business is coming in at the right price
Financial planning and budgeting
Ensuring compliance and with laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
Represent the general manager when required
Supervise and train HODs and other key staff
Review staff performance and conduct personnel action such as disciplinary actions
Reform daily, weekly and monthly inspections and supervise stock verification and audience exercises
All other duties as assigned by the general manager.

Job Title: Executive Chef (Expatriate)
We are looking for a creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation, Executive chef. You will be “the chief” and maintain complete control of the kitchen.
Responsibilities
Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Recruit and manage kitchen staff
Rectify arising problems or complaints
Give prepared plates the “final touch”
Perform administrative duties
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Keep time and payroll records
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Requirements
Proven working experience as a head chef
Excellent record of kitchen management
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Capable of delegating multiple tasks
Communication and leadership skills
Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
BSC degree in Culinary science or related certificate
Job Title: Head, Risk Management
Salary: 200,000 – 300,000
Education: Relevant first degree and professional qualifications
Job responsibilities:
Conduct Risk Assessments on the organization to assess risks to the profitability or existence of the company.
Implement an ERM framework in the company.
To manage non-performing loans
To manage and implement company policies regarding credit checks etc.

Salary: 200,000 – 300,000
Education: Relevant first degree
Experience: Relevant 5 years experience
Job Description:
To ensure the daily liquidity position of the company with regards to managing inflows and ensuring the availability of liquidity to meet outstanding and maturing obligations whilst still keeping effective control over interest expense and income.

Salary: 200,000 – 300,000
Education: Relevant first degree
Experience: Relevant 5 years experience
Job Description:
Managing the fleet management services of the organization, developing new business opportunities, ensuring existing businesses are optimally serviced.
Management of maintenance and vehicle repairs in line with Cost reduction strategies of the company
