Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer

Location: Lagos

Qualification and Experience

  • A graduate in Mass Communication, Linguistics or relevant discipline
  • Minimum of (3) years relevant work experience as CRO in a reputable company.
  • She must be very Proficient in the use of Basic MS Office support tools and application.
  • Educate customers on the company’s products, features and competitive advantage.
  • Maintain customer records by opening, recording and updating account information.
  • She will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to orders, inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Educate customers on the company’s products, features and competitive advantage.
  • Maintain customer records by opening, recording and updating account information.
  • Handle all enquiries and requests of customers and ensure resolution and record details of contact
  • Resolve product problems by clarifying the customers complaint;
  • Recommend potential products to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Title: Marketing Officer

Location: Lagos

Qualification and Experience

  • A graduate of Business Administration or any relevant courses with a minimum of 2.2 or Lower Credit
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a reputable company.
  • Candidate should not be more than 30 years of age
  • She must be very Proficient in the use of Basic MS Office support tools and application
  • Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company’s external PR agency to see them executed.
  • Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
  • Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
  • Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
  • Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme.
  • Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
  • Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
