Job Engineers at a Real Estate Development Company

Location: Lagos

Requirements

• The candidate must be a graduate with at least 2 Class lower division in Mechanical Engineer from a reputable University or Polytechnic, with a minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience.

The candidate must also possess the following qualities:

• Mechanical Engineering graduate from any recognized University or Polytechnic.
• Minimum of second class lower division or lower credit.
• Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience.
• Ability to use any CAD applications and Microsoft office suite.
• Vast experience inthe real estate industry.
• Proficient in mechanical designs, calculations, modeling Wand maintenance of mechanical equipment and pipe installations for residential and commercial developments.
• Prepare layouts, design considerations and specifications for HVAC systems, water, sewage, fire, control and alarm systems and related electricity circuits.
• Regular inspection to identify deficiencies fo possible improvements and develop infrastructure maintenance plans.
• Review and determine design criteria including preparing bl of quantities1 cost estimates, shop drawings and time schedules.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and excellent communication skills. Must also possess good project planning skills.
• A good team player. detail oriented and self motivated.
