We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Service Level Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Determine and document requirements for new or changed services in SLRs, and manage and review them through the Service Lifecycle into SLAs for operational services
  • Monitor and measure service performance achievements of all operational services against targets within SLAs
  • Produce service reports
  • Conduct service review and instigate improvements within an overall Service Improvement Plan (SIP)
  • Review and revise SLAs, service scope OLAs, contracts, and any other underpinning agreements
  • Develop, maintain and operate procedures for logging, acting and resolving all complaints, and for logging and distributing compliments
  • Make available and maintain up-to-date SLM document templates and standards.

Skills and Capability Requirement
Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • An Advanced degree in Management or Law may be substituted for two years of experience

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience from Managed Services, Management Consulting or Project Management within the Telecom or similar industry

Knowledge & Skills:

  • More than 3 experience in managing SLAs is preferred
  • Understand portfolio and relationship to service delivery and able to handle situations when customer demands services outside scope of contract.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of applicable parts of Huawei´s services product portfolio and delivery processes

Job Title: Senior Network Engineer (L2)

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Establishes and maintains production and corporate network by configuring/upgrading network hardware
  • resolve complex support issues that may not be well documented, and apply your knowledge to writing and improving support procedures.
  • Maximizes network performance by monitoring, troubleshooting network environment
  • Maintain secure network by establishing and enforcing policies
  • Ensure continuous improvement in network infrastructure uptime, stability, security and documentation
  • Keep existing infrastructure support documentation up to date.
  • Create network infrastructure support documentation where it does not exist.
  • Attend day/weekly meetings to discuss problems, processes, etc.

Job Title: DC Facility Management Leader

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The DC facility leader will manage the team to complete the following service:
  • Preparing physical facilities in line with industry best practices and Customer guidelines (ISO Standards and DCIM Standards).
  • Co-ordinating the resolution of raised floor equipment.
  • Managing and monitoring of power/cooling for the respective facilities.
  • Implementing effective energy management schemes to reduce environmental costs related to fuel, electricity & cooling, with demonstrable reductions in costs.
  • Conducting data centre and rack space planning including rack placement and floor plan design for existing and new data centers.
  • Developing and Maintaining physical configuration plan for the infrastructure assets
  • Manage and co-ordinate equipment install/moves and changes to all hardware.
  • Manage, co-ordinate, install and conduct the de-installation of hardware equipment.
  • Manage and co-ordinate the physical access control of the data centres and remote computer rooms in accordance with the agreed security practices.

Job Title: Database Administrator

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor the critical database systems and ensure minimum downtime
  • Maintenance and improvement of databases including installation, configuration, upgrade, patches and bug fixes
  • Performance tuning, including database/query tuning and re-writing SQLs
  • Database development including writing and reviewing stored procedures
  • Plan and execute Backup and recovery including disaster recovery and replication
  • Database refreshes, data masking and schema patches
  • Develop and maintain database standards
  • Handle problem escalation with vendors as appropriate

Job Title: EUS Support Leader

Location: Lagos

Job Description
The leader will manage the team to complete the following service:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network access and server issues.
  • Proactively assist in service desk duties, supporting printers, hardware, software and related technical issues at the desk side.
  • Install and configure operating systems and other business related software on End User computing devices.
  • Ensure all client applications are at the current software patch levels in line with the Customer’s Enterprise software Update policy.
  • Configure, set up and troubleshoot e-mail access.
  • Configure and set up of hardware such as End User computers, printers (network and dedicated) and other peripherals.
  • Data back-up and recovery of user data stored on End User devices on to removable medium will be performed as part of regular IMAC activities.

Job Title: Senior Windows and Linux Server Engineer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Technical Issues that cannot be solved by the L1 and requires an expert assistance to sort the issue within the SLA and Turn Around Time (TAT).
  • Experience with VMWare ESXi 4.x, ESX 4.x, vSphere
  • Advanced Windows server administration, security and troubleshooting, such as Active Directory, GPO management, and network authentication
  • Creating realistic testing scenarios and scripts to use before and after equipment and software version upgrades – Proxy configuration and security binding etc.
  • Working with and troubleshooting Conducting on-going system audits to evaluate the utility and efficiency of systems hardware, software and communication components to meet the business needs.
  • Gather necessary data for issue replication, problem determination and/or escalation

Job Title: Senior Storage Engineer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Administer the IT storage infrastructure including provisioning of LUNs and Volumes to servers and Virtualized infrastructure etc
  • Administer the Storage Area Network including managing and maintenance of the SAN fabric from host connectivity to the storage
  • Design and build highly scalable storage systems solution
  • Installation, setup and maintenance of backup environment, backup software and support backup and restore operations
  • Track storage utilization

  • Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements in RISC servers (HPUX, AIX and VMS) environment, ensuring updates are performed, solving functional problems, and heeding the priorities of the user community – Experience – more than 2 year.
  • Expert-level knowledge in UNIX system administration (HPUX, AIX, SUN) and VMS

  • Assisting availability manager to meet the aims of availability management.
