Job Title: Account Officer


Job Description:

a. Financial record keeping
b. Treasury management
c. Management of payables and receivables
d. Account reconciliation
e. Preparation of statutory and periodic reports

Skills:

a. Relevant educational qualification
b. IT skills (ability to use basic office tools and accounting software packages)
c. Reporting skill
d. Good with figures

Qualification:

A graduate of accounting or related courses, 5 years working experience

Job Title: Website Officer/ Graphics Design Officer


Job Description:
a. Design, develop and maintain existing and new websites and web-based products and resources and appropriate tools and back-end databases
b. Assist with the maintenance and development of technical infrastructure , including installing, testing and deploying new software and system tools
c. Work closely with communication leads to ensure that content of websites and web-based products and resources is accurate and timely
d. Update of website content periodically
e. Review website features from time-to-time e.g security features
f. Tracking of issues relating to website e.g expiration of domain name
g. Creating images that identify a product or convey a message
h. Developing graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logo and websites
i. Selecting colours, images, text style and layout
j. Incorporating changes recommended to design
k. Reviewing designs for error

Skills:
a. Basic computer skill, including relevant professional requirements
b. Accuracy and attention to details
c. A graphics design officer must have excellent IT skills, especially with design & photo-editing software
d. A graphics design officer must be creative and innovative
e. A graphics design officer must understand the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
f. A graphics design officer must have professional approach to time, cost and deadline

Graduate with required/relevant professional qualifications

Job Title: Head, Business Development/Business Development/Marketers/Hotel Coordinators

Job Description:

a. Sourcing and identifying prospective clients
b. Develop business proposals for existing and new clients (target audience client)
c. Research to identify new opportunities for business for improvement and expansion purposes
d. Development of targeted packages for groups like schools, churches, professional bodies etc

Qualification:
