Job Title: Workshop Services Sales Engineer, Tendering and Estimation

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Workshop Sales Service Manager, the Engineer will develop quotation and contract template for the service sales team with focus on costing and commercial input to achieve required revenue targets
- Responsible for estimation of costs of project, materials, duration and generate proposal/bid
- Sizing and selection of hardware and preparation of BOQ, costing of E&I hardware, preparation of commercial proposal including payment & delivery terms, billing schedule etc
- Preparation of technical proposal, data sheets and documentation package & resolution of post-proposal technical and commercial queries. Should be familiar with project specifications, shop drawings, PFD/P&IDs and submittals
- Shall maintain projects lists and close out documentation; interface with general E&I/EPC contractors and subs and be detail oriented with follow up skills
- Responds to inquiries from department personnel regarding assigned project status; assists department personnel in organizing work relating to specific assigned project deadlines
- Monitor the market and evaluate competition and customer specific strategic and operational factors to support business decisions
- Review of enquiry/ bid documents / RFQ from sales team or customers and preparation of Summary document including third party hardware/software buyouts, T&Cs, exceptions & discrepancies for bid/no bid decisions
- Resolution of proposal related queries with client/sales

Qualification:
- Technical Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 10-12 years relevant experience in technical sales in the Oil & Gas industry

Job Title: Sales Engineer, Energy Products and Services

Responsibilities
- Agree and meet quarterly sales goals, monitor performance; provide feedback and corrective actions
- Build a quality network within the customer base and act as relationship focal point for key accounts; identify new leads and grow them into sales
- Responsible for the appropriate use of the ERP system for sales activities throughout the Division Segment
- Consolidate the opportunity pipeline for the Segment and provide input to the budgeting exercise
- Support and own the Segment bid process, coordinating multi-Business Segment bids where necessary
- Understand the market and competitive landscape; ensure adequate coverage. communicate changes to Operations, the Segment and Account management staff
- Monitor client perception of Segment service delivery and help ensure excellence in service delivery
- Maintain integrity in all words and actions ensuring ethics, HSE and quality are evident
- Proactively coach and assist sales and operations staff as needed.

Requirements
Qualification:
- Operational and technical experience in some or all of the following energy services: Subsea Fabrication Services, Machine shop services, Riser Repair and Maintenance, Maintenance and Supply Chain Services, Testing Services
- A good First Degree. An engineering or science first degree is preferable.
- Multi-tasking, opportunity management experience (lead to sale) with acute analytical and communication skills
- Must have good computer skills, time management skills and organisational skills
- This person must be able to show ability to prioritize tasks to get timely results
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Previous experience in such role (with some O&G experience) is required.

- Reporting to the Workshop Sales Service Manager, this person is responsible for the management of the sales of the valve shop, driving interaction with clients on AOSO capabilities and providing guidance on quotations and contracts.
- Work with the sales and valve maintenance workshop teams to review our offering ensuring we are market competitive across our various market segments.
- Valve shop registration & shop Audits ; Qualification with NCDMB & NIPEX; Registration with IOCs/MFOs/NNPC Valve Services Proposals ; Tracking Nipex Tenders

- Reporting to the Deputy Country Manager PMD, this role is responsible for the management of the sales of the PMD services (workshops), leading the service sales team, providing technical support in designing solutions to fulfill clients needs and for providing guidance on quotations and contracts.
- Develop and maintain a strong network with key individuals within the customer’s production/ maintenance/ operations/ L&D/ asset management organizations and leverage to anticipate customer s needs as well as accurately forecast sales on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Carry out any other Business Development activity that may be required by AOS Orwell vis- -vis the client.
- Alignment of initiatives between the Client and AOS Orwell by imbibing and transferring relevant aspects of Client s QHSE and other systems into AOS Orwell.

Responsibilities
- The Product Manager shall directly and proactively lead and manage the relationship with clients in his/her area to ensure sales growth and awareness of ROXAR product offering in Nigeria.
- Map and generate opportunities for respective ROXAR products and report such sales opportunities within PMD; Participate actively in key projects early phase from pre-conceptual/conceptual through feed and bidding; Act as main contact between client and ROXAR during all stages of the bidding process from receipt of RFQ to the end of negotiations of a contract, coordinating with respective Product lines for quotations, technical and/or commercial information and clarifications.
- Assist and facilitate when required client interaction with other ROXAR departments such as during project implementation phase and services
- Ensure ROXAR is on the bidders list for all related products with all active clients in the Territory
- Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows, advertising, technical publications and corporate presentations to support the sales strategies.
