Corporate Etiquette Organization Job for Training Executive in Lagos

DCSL Corporate Services Limited is recruiting on behalf of a Corporate Etiquette Organization, to fill the position below:

Job Title: Training Executive
Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

A Degree in any Social Science course from an accredited university.
A minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience
Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational and excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness
Familiarity with modern training methods and techniques
Must possess excellent project management with team lead abilities.
Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong client relationships.
Must be approachable and socially adept
Must be a self-starter and possess a sense of ownership
Must possess negotiation, team building and excellent presentation skills
IT Proficiency
A Masters’ Degree in a related field would be an added advantage.
Ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner
Ability to work well under stress and time pressures
Proven work experience as a trainer, training facilitator or coordinator of multiple training events – experience in etiquette training will be an added advantage

Job Description

Oversee training programs that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos and more
Conduct training needs analysis by meeting with managers, employees or administering surveys.
Schedule training sessions and manage course enrollment formalities
Work with clients to address learning issues, instruction problems or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments
Manage training budgets
Keep abreast of current trends and best practices in the etiquette and training industry
Manage and coordinate in-house and external training programs
Maintain all training records to include staff competencies
Prepare and maintain the training plan/calendar
Supervise and monitor feedbacks on training programs
Review and update existing training materials where necessary
Create or modify course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs
Present in-class and online training sessions
