  • Assist in business model creation and process for Hosting Project based on deep understanding of VAS (Value-added Services) market.
  • Support hosting service business development, business case development, commercial negotiation and communication.
  • Support hosting projects in terms of development plans, key milestone assessment as well as project governance.
  • Participates in the development of short-term and long-term objectives, Participates in the proposal process, proposal development, and client presentations
  • Assists in the development and implementation of the strategic business development
  • Effective communication with executive customers.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of the strategic business development

Key Experience
Experience: 3+ years in the Business Development of Value Added Services in the Telecom Company or VAS service provider.

Required Skills:

Job Title: Hosting Manager, VAS Transformation

Job Responsibilities
 

  • Assist in business model creation based on deep understanding of VAS /Digital service space
  • Assists in the development and implementation of the strategic business development
  • Participates in the development of short-term and long-term objectives, Participates in the proposal process, proposal development, and client presentations

  • Digital marketing campaigns across channels to enhance adoption of digital services

  • Establish operation methodology and process for Hosting Project based on deep understanding of mobile internet and telecom VAS (Value-added Services) operation.
  • Support hosting service business development and hosting service operation solution, business case development, commercial negotiation and communication.
  • Focus on users’ experience, provide service UI and logical flow improvement suggestion, support contend editing and promotion work, regard to service platform operation status reported by technical engineer and implement appeasement scheme when meet platform fault.
  • Organize market promotion activities, provide promotion plan, manage promotion implementation and channels.
  • Support financial and settlement work flow.

Job Title: Hosting Senior Manager – Value Chain Management
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Responsibilities
 

  • Support West African hosting projects in terms of content delivery plan, key milestone assessment as well as project governance
  • Collect and clarify customer essential requirements through Operation managers, and guide innovation center to deliver products as required by customer.
  • Implement and manage the overall organization structure of Value Chain
  • Partner development and management of local partners partner maintenance, 3rd party service and content sourcing
  • Establish a strong relationship with Regulatory bodies eg. Nigerian Copyrights Commission, Nigerian Communication Commission and align policies of regulatory bodies with Hosting Content and Operation Plan
  • Be able to understand laws governing digital content used for operations.
  • Should be proactive in crisis analysis that may arise in the event of policies/ law violation
  • Effective communication with executive customers.
  • Pitch and Recruit High Quality Content Providers. Responsible for the increase in number of Content Providers for Traditional VAS and Digital Services
  • Establish a strong relationship and integrity in the Entertainment Industry, create and implement channels of monetization of their works
  • Support project teams (Operation & Promotions Managers), seamless management of overall project work effectively;

Key Experience 

  • Experience: 7+ years in the Business Development of Value Added Services in the VAS service provider, have worked in the OTT industry (for eg. Notjustok.com, tooxclusive, Uber, Jumia etc) if you have legal background is an added advantage

Key Experience

  • Understand the digital service development trends and work out proposal on related digital service.
  • Build content & promotion plan and implement to achieve revenue target in the responsible area with operation team’s supports.
