Job Title: Head, Risk Management

Location: Any City, Nigeria
The Role
This is a Senior Management position. The successful candidate reports to the Managing Director and will be responsible for:
- Planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the company in line with ERM objectives.
- Assessments and descriptions of risks associated with the company’s businesses.
- Evaluation of the company’s risks with established criteria such as cost, legal requirements and environmental factors.
- Developing risk response processes including contingency and business continuity programs.
- Simulating and correlating identified risk scenarios to relevant business processes and likely impact on business objectives.
- Monitor on a continuous basis mitigations to identified risks to ensure adequacy and effectiveness.
- Creating and building risk awareness culture in the company.
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports to Board and the Regulator.
- Assist in developing risk mitigation strategies for the organisatien’s critical risks and for monitoring these risks.
Requirements
- Minimum of a First Degree in Accounting or any Financial discipline from a reputable University.
- A Professional membership of 1CAN, CIS, MRM etc is required.
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 12 years post NYSC experience, 8 of which must have been in a Financial Institution and a minimum of 5 years in Senior Management position.
- Deep knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management in the Financial industry and excellent communication and presentation skills are critical for this role.
Job Title: Senior Investment Research Analyst

The Role
Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, the successful candidates will have the following responsibilities amongst others:
- Conduct Macro-Economic Research and develop Investment Research Data base Library.
- Develop competencies in alternative investment products.
- Develop an investment performance monitoring and attribution framework.
- Facilitate the reports for Board Committee on Investment & Strategy quarterly meetings.
- Generate periodic Investment Environment reports that will shape investment decisions.
- Prepare periodic reviews of the performance of invested entities and prospects, including investment research and financial analysis.
- Optimize the deployment of investment applications in use by the investment team.
- Constantly develop performance monitoring indicators.
Requirements
- Minimum of a First Degree in Business, Accounting, Statistics or Economics discipline.
- The ideal candidate must have a professional qualification in CFA, lCAN or CIS; with minimum of 8 years post NYSC experience.
- Proficiency in Micro and Micro economic analysis is very key in addition to having excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Note: The ideal candidates will have proven track records in their respective fields and appreciable knowledge of the Pension Industry.
