Job Summary
- The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for leading the development of new product business opportunities that supports the company overall growth strategy.
- B.Sc/BA in relevant discipline (2:2and above)
- MBA, Masters or Post Graduate Degree (International degrees are highly desirable)
- 6+ years in progressively responsible experience in business development leadership roles
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identifying new product leads and potential markets by researching organisations and individuals
- Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

- In this role you’ll be using your technical expertise to extrapolate data by using advanced computerised models.
- This job is very technical and heavily influenced by mathematics and advanced algorithms
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Data analysts work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. Analysts will need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions. Analysts should be able to collect, analyze, interpret, and summarize data in preparation for generation of statistical and analytical reports.
- Analysts must interpret requests from internal and external customers and translate those requirements into effective reports, graphs, and presentations.
- Data is precise. Data analysts have to make sure they are vigilant in their analysis to come to correct conclusions. Attention to detail is critical!
- Analysts will need to be able to locate and integrate external data source from free and paid sources into their analysis.
- Data can get messy – it comes from a variety of sources with varying standards and quality levels. Part of the analyst’s job will involve coming up with strategies for cleansing and reorganizing data to make it more useful for analytical purposes.
- Data analysts are often called to present their findings, or translate the data into an understandable document. Analysts will need to write and speak clearly, utilize data visualization tools effectively, and easily communicate complex ideas to internal staff and customers.

Job Summary
- The financial controller is responsible for the efforts and results of the financial department. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in regards to all financial and accounting activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met including Withholding Payments, Income Tax etc.
- Reconcile bank and investment accounts; and manage cash flow.
- Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget.
- Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures as required to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure.
- Report to the CFO with timely and accurate financial information
- Assist the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members
- Additional controller duties as necessary
- Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit with the approved external auditor.
- Prepare all supporting information for authorized groups such as FIRS
- Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
Qualification and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field;
- Several years of experience in a business or finance environment
- Must be a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA)
- 6+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles.

- The supply chain specialist will be responsible for planning, developing, organising, directing, managing and evaluating the company supply chain activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and direct strategies for the procurement, logistics, materials and Inventory management division and ensure these strategies are aligned with the overall goals of the organisation
- Liaise with customs to ensure seamless delivery of devices
- Manage all device procurement and import processes
- Management of device supply risks – shortages and exceptions
- Minimise freight exceptions
- Develop and implement an inventory optimisation plan, a warehouse optimisation plan and logistics plan
- Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly reports for supply chain services
- Implement and drive a culture of continuous improvement within supply chain management
- Establish and maintain networks that foster and promote excellent relationships.
- Consistently source for new POS device specification that meets the current mass market need
- Develop and implement solutions to ensure optimum device utilisation
- Build, maintain and manage relationship with offshore device technical partners
- Source for new device business projects
- Source for device funding partnership from financial institutions, government parastatals and non-governmental organisations
Qualifications and Requirements
- BSc/BA in relevant discipline (2:2 and above)
- 5+ years in progressively responsible experience in POS Logistics and Supply Chain leadership roles
Personal Attributes:
- Strong understanding of engineering behind different types of POS devices
- Proven technical experience within the ICT industry
- Record of successful POS distribution strategy and logistics management
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Experience in the POS industry, specifically retail distribution network
- Strategic business/commercial operational knowledge and understanding
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of demand analysis
- Proficient in standard logistics and inventory management software
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
