Job Title: Head of Human Resource
Location: Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities
- The Head of the Human Resources Department shall guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company.
- Ensure employee orientation, development, and training
- Lead Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment
- Coordinate implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the CEO and serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.
Recruiting and Staffing:
- Organizational and space planning.
- Ensure the organization employs the right people for the right job.
- Performing effectively and adhering to employment and labor law
Qualifications and Experience
- Applicant must possess a minimum of Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or any other related field.
- Applicant must have strong I.T knowledge and Experience in Computer packages and software.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Strong character and analytical ability.
- Applicant must have at least 4-7 years of applicable industry experience in Human Resources Management
Job Title: Head of Accountant
Location: Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead team to ensure the integrity and reliability of financial information.
- Audit, prepare annual accounts and annual reports
- Prepare annual accounts, budgets and financial forecasts
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
- Create periodic reports for management
- Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
- Ensure all information is kept confidential and secure them with database backups
- Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
- Publish financial statements in a timely manner
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing of books
- Produce annual report
Qualification/Skills
- Minimum of B.Sc, M.Sc in Accounting and other professional courses in accounting.
- Experience in peach-tree, quick-books, & sage accounting software.
- Experience of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Maintaining and organizing effective electronic and manual filing systems.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Auditing.
