Job Title: Regional Manager 
Location: Lagos 
Job Description
Role Overview

  • The Regional Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining Client relationships to generate revenue according to the strategic plans of the business. He/She will be responsible for the region’s financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective action where necessary.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a numerate/business related discipline or its equivalent.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or any related field is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years in-depth knowledge of the financial sector and business development.
  • Numerical competence and good research and analytical skills
  • Satisfactory knowledge of Investment and Portfolio Management

Desired Qualities

  • The role requires a vibrant individual with an impressive track record in exceeding assigned targets (Sales and Marketing). Should be flexible, adaptive with strong communication and interpersonal skills.



Job Title: Relationship Manager – Team Lead 
Location: Lagos 
Job Description 
Responsibilities 

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with the top tier employers by having a deeply rooted relationship with liaison officers, HR, Managers & Union Executives.
  • Encourage and foster new business ideas and innovations.
  • A robust understanding of the various employers and their relevant industries, with the aim of providing excellent, tailored services to them.
  • Aggressively grow the market share in value (AUM) & numbers (RSA PINs)
  • Drive comprehensive compliance to PRA2014 & PenCom regulations by all employers on record.
  • Hold periodic interactive sessions & presentations through physical visits & telecommunication channels.
  • Organize & host periodic mobile services to clients in diverse locations.
  • Provide clients with various mechanisms to appraise the organization services.
  • Tracking consistent monthly remittance of pension obligations by employers.
  • Prompt provision of correct contribution schedules to enable upload of pension remittances.
  • Ensure timely delivery of client statements.
  • Ensure consistent follow up on all clients documentations

Desired Qualities 

  • The successful candidate must be between 28 – 35 years old
  • Must be a graduate of a renowned University with a minimum qualification of 2:2 in any social science course
  • 2 years post NYSC experience in a related field
  • Experience within the financial services industry with proven track record of significantly exceeding targets and expectations
  • A masters degree from a local or foreign university will be a bonus
