Job Title: AutoCAD Drafter (MEP)
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities/Knowledge/Skill Requirements
Ability to convert Mechanical, Plumbing and/or Electrical design paper sketches and standard detail drawings to digital Project drawings.
Must be proficient in using AutoCAD/ AutoCAD MEP 2015.
OND / HND in Engineering or Science discipline with minimum of 5 years AutoCAD drafting experience,

Job Title: Electrical Engineer (Senior Project Engineer – SPE)
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities/Knowledge/Skill Requirements
Prepare design calculations in Electrical building services engineering systems – Power, Lighting, Low voltage, etc Systems and Specification.
Knowledge of NERC and IEE Standards.
Experience and/or exposure to flats/Voice, UPS System, Security, CCTV and Access Control system is an advantage.
Must be Proficient in using AutoCAD/ AutoCAD MEP for design and modeling systems.
B.Sc in Electrical Engineering with requisite experience in Building Systems Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in consulting engineering.
Possession of COREN and/or NSE Certification is an added advantage.

Job Title: Mechanical / Plumbing Engineer (Senior Project Engineer – SPE)
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities/Knowledge/Skill Requirements
Prepare design calculations in Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) and/or Piping Systems and Specifications.
Ability to prepare HYAC and/or Piping Construction Drawings.
Knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA13 & BSI Standard for Air-conditioning, Sprinkler Systems and Piping Systems.
Must be Proficient in using AutoCAD/AutoCAD MEP for design and modeling systems.
B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering with requisite experience in HVAC and/or Piping Projects in Building Systems Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in consulting engineering,
Possession of COREN and/or NSE Certification is an added advantage.
