Job in a Real Estate Development Company for Marketing Manager

An ambitious Real Estate Development company in South West Nigeria  is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: South West

Qualifications

First Degree in any related discipline.
Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing or Real Estate related field.
Any other relevant Post Graduate degree and professional qualifications would be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years cognate experience at least 2 of which must have been at an executive/strategic management level.
Experience in a similar role in a real estate firm would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

He/She will be responsible for the following:
Develop and implement various brand strategies.
Sale of properties
Seek tenants for both commercial and residential developments of the organization.
Ongoing relationship management.
Oversee implementation of integrated marketing strategy including innovative campaigns and digital marketing
