Job Title: Junior Brand Manager
Location: Nigeria
Purpose
- To undertake the day-to-day and medium term tactical marketing for the KCS business of Kraft Heinz brands in order to achieve growth, profit and marketing objectives.
Key Deliverable:
- Develop short term marketing plans in order for the overall company and strategic brand objectives to be met
- Progress new product development in order to meet category objectives and market needs
- Liaise with Sales management in order to achieve agreed sales and market share objectives
- Liaise with aligned advertising and promotional agencies in order to achieve maximum exposure for brands
- Manage marketing mixes
- Exercises control over the marketing process in order to ensure achievement of sales and market share objectives
Qualifications
- Relevant BA degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Tactical marketing skills
- 1-2 years of FMCG Brand experience
Key Competencies:
- Understand the general business and marketing conditions within Nigeria to successfully coordinate and facilitate strategies
- Technical knowledge of the advertising, media and marketing research disciplines
- Sound financial, strategic planning and project management skills required
- Strong inter personal and communication skills
- Strong learning agility
- Insight into and understanding of consumer attitudes, behaviour and motivations
- Sound technical knowledge with regards to medicines, diseases and available treatments within each of the relevant product categories
