Job Title: Operations Analyst
Location: Calarbar
Job Description
- The Operations Analyst is responsible for the analysis of plant performance, the review of performance reports to ensure that they are complete and accurate and for ensuring that appropriate controls are applied to information provided by the plant on performance and on inventory of both Raw materials and supplies.
- General and management accounting:
- Analysis of operational costs.
- Budgeting and Budgetary Control.
- Works Imprest management.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (ACA,ACTI ) + over 3 years operational experience.
- Good computer knowledge, exposure to an ERP environment and advanced reporting tools and very good knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
Job Title: Procurement Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Implement Procurement strategies in close cooperation with Category Managers on a local level.
- Manage the operational and tactical procurement of local goods and services
- Ensure global & local policies and procedures are conveyed to end users in the Procurement of goods and services
- Initiate and support the RFx process locally as defined by category strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in procurement role (category management, sourcing, operations) with exposure to supply chain management, strategic sourcing and optimal procurement processes and standards
Job Title: Procurement Reporting Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Manage Procurement reporting in coordination with global and regional leadership.
- Provide reports and analysis in support of requirements for category management, initiatives and projects, and general management.
- Monitor and manage the Procurement reporting cycle at the local level, engage in issue resolution and clarification.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in procurement with exposure to supply chain management, complex strategic sourcing and optimal procurement processes and standards.
- Accounting experience is an added advantage.
Job Title: Transport and Depot Operations Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The Transport/depot operations Manager is responsible for working in conjunction with the logistics function to devise strategy and create solutions that will increase customer service levels and provide cost saving opportunities for the organization through effective fleet deployment that would meet Group Safety Standard.
- The ideal candidate will focus on developing innovative solutions to some of the standard transport Operations management. – transport capacity optimization, transport scheduling etc.
Qualifications
- Minimum B.Sc degree in Engineering/Business Discipline including some purchasing functional experience
- Professional certificate in Logistics/Supply chain management
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or logistics,
- Experience of managing teams and external contractor
- Strong Commercial acumen, with excellent communication, influence
