Job Title: Driver
Location: ABUJA
Roles and Responsibilities
- · Ensure proper day to day maintenance of the assigned vehicle through minor repairs,timely change of oil, tyres, brakes and by washing the car.
- · Report any mechanical fault in good time for repairs to be carried out
- · Ensure you have copies of the vehicle particulars and necessary spare parts
- · Provide logistics and administrative support when required
- · Keep vehicle roadworthy.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- · Must be a professional driver with 3yrs driving experience
- · Must possess a minimum of SSCE
- · Must possess a valid driver’s License
- · Must be physically fit
- · Fluent in English
- · Highly professional and able to work independently
- · Ability to adhere to deadlines and work under pressure
- · Polite and able to get along with people
- · Have a mature attitude
- · Must dress neatly always
- · Have good knowledge of Abuja routes
- · Have the ability to read and follow guides, plan and learn routes
Job Title: Executive Assistant
Requirement
The successful candidate would:
- · Develop and manage programs
- · Make presentations
- · Write Proposals
- · Drafts, proofreads and edits letters, memos and other documents in executive letter format and letterhead.
- · Attend meetings on behalf of the Company
- · Maintains, organizes and holds copies of all executive correspondence.
- · Identify new markets for the company
- · Enters meetings, appointment, conferences, travel dates, and other relevant events for the executive’s calendar and alert executive of approaching deadlines or follow up reminders to any pending projects or deliverables.
- · Provides information to others regarding executive’s schedule, as necessary.
- · Handles phone calls, e-mails, and in-person issues for the executive
- · Screens, and provides answers to enquiries to minimize demands on executive.
- · Acts as primary contact between executive and people within and outside of the company.
- · Assist other members of Senior Management, as needed.
Qualification:
- Must have a BSC in any Social Science,Business/ Management course.
- Must have at least 2years’ workexperience in similar role.
- Excellent Business development skills
- Excellent writing skills
- A Professional Certificate in Project Management would be an added advantage
- Ability to use your initiative
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient computer skills
