W-Holistic Business Solutions – Our client, a reputable Manufacturing company in Lagos seeks to recruit suitably qualified candidates for the position below :

Job Title: Customer Care Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities 
The responsibilities of the ideal candidate will be to:

• Attend to customers’ orders, enquiries and complaints through phone calls, mails and social media.
• Prepare reports by collecting and analysing customers’ orders, enquiries and complaints, and send it via the management reporting system.
• Occasionally be involved in attending to walk-in customers and perform other duties as required by the CEO.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have OND/HND in any field with at least 1 year relevant work experience.
• Proximity to the location is compulsory (Ogba).

Competencies and Skills:

• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Must possess phone answering skills
• Must be patient
• Must be able to listen attentively
• Must be humble
• Must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to write reports
• Must possess problem-solving skills
• Must possess conflict management/negotiation skills

Salary 
Between 20,000 – 25,000 naira.
