Job Title: Customer Care Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the ideal candidate will be to:
- Attend to customers’ orders, enquiries and complaints through phone calls, mails and social media.
- Prepare reports by collecting and analysing customers’ orders, enquiries and complaints, and send it via the management reporting system.
- Occasionally be involved in attending to walk-in customers and perform other duties as required by the CEO.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- The candidate should have OND/HND in any field with at least 1 year relevant work experience.
- Proximity to the location is compulsory (Ogba).
Competencies and Skills:
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Must possess phone answering skills
- Must be patient
- Must be able to listen attentively
- Must be humble
- Must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to write reports
- Must possess problem-solving skills
- Must possess conflict management/negotiation skills
Salary
Between 20,000 – 25,000 naira.
