Job Title: Customer Support/ Operations Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer inquiries
- Generating sales leads
- Open customer accounts by recording account information
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Assist in developing and implanting content on websites
- Provide customers with accurate, valid and complete information
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Communicate status regularly to senior managers
Requirements
- Hands on experience with MS Office
- Excellent writing skills in English
- Attention to detail
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- Research and analytical skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
