to improving the lives of those affected by the insurgency, and preventing violence through building inclusive communities and raising the standard of education and psychosocial care. Job Title: Centre Manager
Position Summary:
The centre manager position is a high level and sensitive position that will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Neem Borno centre including managing all staff and centre activities. Forming an essential component of the center; he/she will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all of the center’s activities/projects, and ensuring that it runs smoothly at all times according to plan.
Job Functions:
- · Applicants should be able to demonstrate an ability to lead, motivate and manage staff members.
- · Liaise regularly with Neem Foundation Headquarters on all project and related matters.
- · Take responsibility for the effective flow of information between Neem Foundation HQ and project team members.
- · Manages timetabling of the center and its various activities,
- · Run, administer, and organize project activities.
- · Ensure the effective preparation and delivery of all project events and meetings.
- · Implement agreed action plan to high quality standards and within deadlines.
- · Evaluation of project activity and regular reporting on project progress to Neem HQ.

Position Summary:
The senior administrative officer position is a high level and sensitive position that will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Abuja office. The Administration Officer will support the Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director, Head of Administration, Finance officer as well as Senior Pogramme Officers in ensuring the smooth running of the Office and projects. The post requires a multi-skilled person with strong administrative, management and operational skills, who has excellent computer/IT skill. Self motivation, initiative and enthusiasm are important for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. General Administration:-
- · Oversee and administer the day-to-day activities of the office; develops policies, procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation.
- · Serve as the primary point of administrative contact and liaison with other Neem offices or third parties in relation to operational and programmatic matters.
- · Advise the Assistant Director and provide policy guidance and substantive inputs on administrative, legal, and human resource matters;
- · Plan and oversee, advice, guide and support Senior Programme Officers on programme management and implementation;
- · Lead administrative structuring of other offices to improve efficiency and support;
- · Supervise/advise/guide or train as first or second reporting officer administration staff to ensure a harmonious, collaborative, efficient and supportive working environment;
- · Oversee and maintain calendars and travel arrangements, provide logistical support to Office and respond to correspondences as requested, and handle day-to-day administrative problems and situations as they arise.
- · Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and other special events; coordinate and attend committee meetings, and participates in committee discussions, as appropriate.
- · Oversee flow of office correspondence.
- · Maintain monthly needs assessment required in maintaining office.
- · Ensure the timely processing of all administrative processes submitted to the unit for processing and ensure submissions to the Assistant Executive Director;
- · Support colleagues in achieving tasks, including monitoring staff performance and participating in appraisals.
- · Undertake research and analysis on specific tasks as required, and prepare letters and/or reports.
- · Maintain office; design filing systems; review and approve supply requisitions; assigned and monitored clerical functions.
- · Provide assistance in the understanding and interpretation of Neem Foundation’s policies and procedures, as appropriate, and strict compliance with Administration and Financial Reporting/Requirements in line with Neem Foundation’s policies and standards.
- · Oversee and facilitate resources management and administration procedures and documentation.
- · Support the achievement of programme objectives, including M&E, and maintain accurate and appropriate case documentation and records, and ensure the confidentiality of records/information.
- · Provide cross-component support to other programme staff in achieving Neem Foundation’s goals.
- · Ensure the protection of programme and office assets.
- · Certify/approve and manage relevant transactions made;
- · Coordinate, support and follow-up with all relevant state offices, on all aspects of classification, recruitment, selection, staff administration and staffing table;
- · Lead maintenance and development of staffing table records, monthly preparation of HR Action Sheets.
- · Lead the procurement of all goods and services with focus on Value for Money
- · Coordinate with the Foundational Procurement Focal Point all procurement processes; Ensure logistical/other support..
- · Ensuring a good system in place to keep good control of office and IT inventories
- · Represent Neem Foundation at inter-agency meetings on Administration related issues;
- · Represent NeemFoundation in task-forces on human resources and administrative matters;
