Job Description

Our client needs an experienced Site engineer to coordinate all installation activities of high-end kitchen, sanitary fittings, and other interior solutions, ensuring and assuring excellent standard of service and high level of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will conduct installation site visits less than 15% of the time.
Some Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare installation quotations.
Attend to all product and service inquiries by both potential and existing clients.
Document and maintain up-to-date records such as customer account information, customer feedback, maintenance feedback, sub-contractor records, project files, maintenance records, etc.
Analyze the customer’s needs and collect customer’s information in order to recommend products & services to improve sales.
Initiate required action for response to customer service requests for maintenance/installation services, communicate same to the appropriate personnel/departments and ensure prompt feedback.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Manage installation activities by planning/scheduling daily maintenance/installation activities.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Minimum of 4 years of experience post NYSC.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in installation and construction.
