Job Title: Marketing Executive

- Promote our facility’s services to doctors and other healthcare professionals by creating awareness of our healthcare products, facilities and its benefits.
- Increase patient referrals by developing relationships with key accounts.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly territory analysis.
- Monitors competitions by gathering current market place information.
- Liaise with patients referred by your accounts and ensure that services are thorough.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending relevant trainings, workshops, establishing personal networks.
- Coordinate and facilitate organized events such as medical camps, CMEs, etc.
- Explaining USPs of our facility and bringing leads.
- Build positive trust relationships with their accounts to influence targeted group in decision making process.
- Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
- Work with the marketing team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant selling experience in Pharmaceutical (as a Pharmaceutical sales representative), or in the Healthcare industries.
- Team handling experience preferred
- Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Excellent communication, negotiation, sales & counseling skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Remuneration
Basic Salary – Success based incentives
