Requirements/Expectations
- Gender: Female
- Age: Not more than 30
- Education: HND OR B.Sc Holder
- The Front desk handling skill and conduct must often give a good lasting impression to the customers about the company and its people, product and services.
- She must have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.
- She must be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information, when needed. She must also possess good communication skills.
- Experience: At least a year working experience as a Front Desk Officer
- The Front Desk Officer must be able to projects the good impression of the company to visitors through exceptional client service delivery.
