Graduate Sales Executive at a Real Estate Firm

Acegoals Integrated Solutions – Our client, a Real Estate Firm in Mowe (Ogun State),is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ogun

Job Details

• Generate sales with existing and new clients
• Prospect and get new clients to increase our client data base
• Develop and increase sales by following up on potential clients through visits and meetings
• Develop innovative ideas to boost sales
• Accompany clients during their visit to all our estates for inspection
• Consult with clients to know what type of properties they want
• Coordinate closing of deals and signing of document
• Schedule visit/ inspections to our estates to show our product to prospective clients
• Responsible to build and maintain an excellent relationship with clients on an ongoing basis
• Prepare and send weekly report to immediate supervisor
• Perform other functions that may be assigned by management. on an ongoing basis

Requirements

• Candidates are required to have a degree in a related field
• At least one year work experience as a Sales Executive
• Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage
• Location is Mowe, after the Redemption camp.
