Job Title: Creative Director
Responsibilities
- • An intimate understanding of design, copy and web best practices/guidelines
- • Experience with a variety of software, including Photoshop, InDesign,

Requirements
- • Diploma in Fine Arts or Print Technology or other related/equivalent
- field in visual design and management.
- • At least 3 years working experience within the
- Advertisement/PR/Marketing/Media/Print and Art Industry
- • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of
- the web; must understand Flash and have the ability to storyboard or
- translate ideas to co-designers and develop/create innovative motion
- graphics solutions
- • A strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development,
- interactive commerce and creative process
- • Print and web design capabilities: must know how to work in both media
- for integrated campaigns
- • Ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
- • Knowledge of best practices in user interface and interactive design,
- including image optimization and site mapping
- • Experience with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign &
- Flash, Corel Graphic Suite, Digital painting software, 3d animation
- software
- • Experience with Adobe After Effects & video editing (a plus) needed for
- this position
- • Knowledge of HTML, DHTML CSS, Actionscript & Drupal
- • Ability to make evaluative judgments
- • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- • Ability to supervise and train
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Responsibilities
- • Creating and maintaining a professional and consistent image for the firm
- • Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets
- for products and services.
- • Expand product solutions and offerings.
- • Refining and communicating and creating awareness of the firm’s current
- service offerings and identifying new ones that should be added
- • Managing visibility through public relations, the website, and other
- marketing collateral;
- • Measuring success toward reaching marketing goals
- • Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns
- • Engage, train and support when required or necessary
