- The job purpose of the Stock Controller’s role is to manage the usage and replenishment of raw materials for concrete mix.
- A key aspect of the role is maintaining the stock levels within the budget set by the business and Ensure all inventory and stock management systems are maintained accurately, within the agreed parameters in a timely manner.
- Supervise and oversee usage of raw materials and time keeping of deliveries and reporting to central stores
- Appropriate inventory report on daily basis at bulk storage and mixture
- Coordination with weigh bridge operator of deliveries
- Direct the drivers for off-loading the materials
- Ensure the regulation of in-stock level complies with inventory parameters.
- Develop inventory control models that promote lower cost of production, shorter lead times and reduced stock levels.
- A B.Sc degree in Business Administration or a management related degree.
- 2-5 years’ work experience in Inventory management and supply chain management.

Position Descriptions
- This role is primarily responsible for oversight, coordination, planning and batching/loading of daily production activities to ensure uninterrupted supply and delivery of ready mix concrete to our customers.
- It is also responsible for driving efficiencies, while maintaining a strong safety culture.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinates and deliver all materials needed in daily operation and production of ready mix
- Coordinate with truck mixer drivers, loader operators and other equipment associated with batching plant for timely supply to the plant
- Maintain the batching plant during operation daily particularly regular cleanup of mixer plant and surrounding
- Notify production manager of overtime at batching plant and mixer drivers
- Check for fuel sufficiency and arrangement to run the plant without down.
Desired Qualification/Preferred Competencies
- A degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- With 2-3 years’ work experience in concrete ready mix plants also with a good knowledge of running and maintaining of Batching plants.

Position Description
- The employees will be responsible for the set up and tear down, operation, maintenance and record keeping of portable concrete batch plant.
- In addition to operating the plant, the employee will assist with the coordination of daily plant activities such as scheduling truck drivers and ordering plant materials.
- Operates concrete plant to batch materials used for the refinery construction.
- Manage controls to heat, weigh and mix aggregate, cement, and water to produce concrete that conforms to procedures
Job Responsibilities

Job Title: Production Manager

Position Description
- The Production Manager leads production department to efficiently manufacture budgeted amount of concrete mix while meeting safety, environmental, and quality objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Planning and scheduling on monthly, weekly and daily basis of production requirements of concrete and associated materials
- Ensuring effective management of production lines of all batching plant concurrently.
- Making sure good quality of concrete production
- Liaising with consumer (concrete required) for timely supply of concrete
- Controlling overtime and enhancing efficient overhaul of batching plants
- Adhering to safety norms and guidelines

Desired Qualification/Preferred Competencies
- 10 years’ experience in Running and maintaining Batching plants including All Aspects of Safety, Production & Maintenance. Civil/ Mechanical – Diploma / Degree Engineering

- As the company’s Plants maintenance manager, you will be required to handle supervision of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic maintenance and repair for a large number of concrete batching plants and water Chillers.
