Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Abuja
Job Description
This person will be required to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Requirements
B.Sc/M.Sc in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 7 years’ working experience in similar position
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources Metrics
Knowledge of HRIS systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices

Requirements

5 years proven work experience is similar position
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
Good computer and database skills
Job Title: General Manager – Marketing
Location: Abuja
Job Description
This person will report directly to the CEO and will oversee internal marketing teams.
This person ensures that the marketing department’s activities contribute to the company’s long term success
He/she will develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness.
Other functions include setting current and long term goals for internal teams and designing and reviewing the marketing department’s budget.
Requirements
B.Sc in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
MBA in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications or relevant field is a plus
A minimum of 12 years in marketing with at least 5 years in similar position
Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google analytics, webtrends etc,) And google Ad Words
Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus
Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
