We provide psychological and counselling services, inpatient facilities/ treatment, day hospital, rehabilitation, community care etc. In addition, we treat all forms of disorders related to your mental health and drug addiction.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Medical Officer

Location: Akwa- Anambra State

Responsibilities

Inpatient Assessment, ward rounds and review (diagnosis, management plan medications).
Liaising with consultants with regards to Inpatient and Outpatient care.
Outpatient review and initial assessment.
Relating with patient’s relatives / caregivers on present state of health and further management.
Home pickups of clients/potential clients.
Staff reviews on health-related matters.
Providing documentation as regards Health reports and discharge, summaries of clients.
Attending to emergencies as regards clients (inpatient) health care.
Perform managerial, research and development duties as assigned)
Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of MBBS
Experience in patient assessment.
Must have completed NYSC.
Attention to detail.
Good listening ability.
Strong communication and interpersonal skill.

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Anambra

Essential Functions

Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow.
Pay and receive cash
Manage the petty cash accounts
Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.
Assess performance benchmarks and recommend changes when warranted.
Prepare or monitor company’s various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling.
Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies.
Understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and processes.
Update Patient billing records
Bill medication
Manage relationships with financial service providers.
Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues.
Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their services to evaluate whether it fits Granite’s requirements.
Meet with cash management banks to plan cash management vs. Granite’s needs.

Job Title: Admin & Customer Service Personnel

Location: Anambra

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Patient Management: Serves as the first contact to parents and their wards, and maintains a cordial relationship with them.
Clearly address their inquiries
Opens files for new clients after registration fees has been paid
Take enquiry from patients or their relatives, upon admission inform patient’s family member about our prices and ensure they fill the “Inpatient Admission form”.
Print out copies of price list for both In and Out Patient prospects. Take UDT enquiries and contact the Ward manager/Nurse on duty for the exercise.
Interfacing with visitors/clients and clearly address their inquiries. Focus on providing exceptional services resulting in customer satisfaction.
Patient Files: Opening of patient files for newly registered patients, allotting Hospital and Medical Record Number, and retrieving of patient files when client come for follow up.
Provide secretarial support: filing, answering telephone calls, compiling and typing of official documents as required, photo copying and distributing materials, correspondence.
Receive, dispatch and disseminate official correspondence
Assist in the procurement of office items when need arises
Qualifications

Job Title: Cleaner/Janitor

Location: Anambra

Duties and Responsibilities

Cleaners are required to undertake the following duties as directed by the Supervising Officer, using the prescribed methods and frequencies in line with the requirements of the cleaning specification.
Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
Suction cleaning carpeted areas and “spot” cleaning carpets.
To dust, damp wipe, wash or polish furniture, ledges, window sills, external surfaces of cupboards, radiators, shelves and fitments.
To replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels) if required within the contract.
To clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, sinks, baths, showers and drinking fountains.
The use of chemical agents as directed by the Supervising Officer in the discharge of cleaning operations or maintenance procedures, after receiving proper instructions and training.
To undertake wall washing or inside window pane cleaning to a height no greater than body height plus an arm’s extension from floor level, during periodic cleaning maintenance programmes.
Cleaners employed in domestic science areas are required to clean cookers and work surface areas.

Offering therapy and treatments for difficulties relating to mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, and addiction, social and interpersonal problems.
Identify psychological, emotional, or behavioural issues, and diagnose disorders, using information obtained from interviews, tests, records, and reference materials.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside doctors, nurses, social workers, education professionals, health visitors, psychiatrists and occupational therapists;
Develop and implement individual treatment plans, specifying type, frequency, Intensity, and duration of therapy.
Prepare and type a psychological formulation for every patient in therapy
Evaluate the effectiveness of counselling or treatments, and the accuracy and completeness of diagnoses, and then modify plans and diagnoses as necessary.
Interact with clients to assist them in gaining insight, defining goals, and planning action to achieve effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment.
Obtain and study medical, psychological, social, and family histories, by interviewing individuals, couples, or families, and by reviewing records.
Select, administer, score, and interpret psychological tests in order to obtain information on individuals’ intelligence, achievements, interests, and personalities.
Utilize a variety of treatment methods such as psychotherapy, hypnosis, behaviour modification, stress reduction therapy, psychodrama, and play therapy.
Required Qualification and Experience

A minimum of a Master Degree in Clinical Psychology
Must have completed NYSC
Knowledge of Psychological Formulations using different psychological models
Knowledge of Psychological Assessment using standardized tests/scales
Knowledge and application of psychological theories, principles/models
A sound knowledge of Psychological Treatments/Interventions
Minimum of 2 years internship and/ or paid Clinical experience
Strong communication.
